Muffin Tin Monday!!
Finally, today the kids got their first Muffin Tin Meal.. I had been meaning to do this for months.. just never got around to finding the right opportunity.. Today at Target, I saw these foil trays and I got excited to try it out.. and yes the kids loved it!!!! So I guess now I can invest on some real muffin tins..

I hope you had fun eating! I have tons of questions to ask you: Did you have fun eating it? Did Chachu enjoy? Did it make a difference to you? I'll ask you more when I think of more :)
@Ru: I just made it for the kids.. they were thrilled.. R was first to finish his muffin tin..
As I said, I just made it for the kids.. I didn't think Chachu would be too excited with the serving size.. And yes, it did make a difference.. there was no fussing over food.. Feel free to ask more qs when they come to your mind..
@FV: Yes, it definitely turned out to be appetizing for the kids.. no fussing over dinner at all :D They are looking forward to next Monday!
